Order Processing & Fulfillment

We operate as a dropshipping business, meaning that products are shipped directly from our suppliers after an order is placed.
• Order processing time: up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times & Cost
• Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days (Free)

Important: During peak seasons or due to courier delays, shipping times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking
• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
• If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Issues
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:
• Military bases (APO/FPO)
• Certain remote regions within the USA
